The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrived for their visit to Slave Lake in Alberta, Canada mimicking each other in dress.  The couple donned navy blazers, hers was the same Smthe One Button Blazer worn to board her flight to Canada seven days ago.  They also wore brown belts and light colored shirts.  Since this site is dedicated to the Duchess of Cambridge, we’re going to focus on her style.  Kate chose a feminine and romantic white ruffled bib front shirt to go underneath her preppy blazer with gold buttons.

We got word from several sites including Celebrity Style Guide that Kate is wearing the J Brand 811 Mid-Rise Skinny Pant in Navy Luxe Twill, perhaps the same pant she wore last night to board.  On her feet was her black Pied a Terre Imperia Raffia Heel peep toe wedges.  The couple even walked out of the plane walking in sync.  They are so in love and William seems to be protective of her. Often guiding her and helping her in the right direction.

Kate’s shell belt is by Kenyan based designer Linda Camm, who uses handmade beaded work and leathers produced by by Maasai women in Kenya. Thanks to DoC Styler Virginie D. for letting us know about the belt.  We bet Kate bought it on her trip to Kenya last year with Prince William.  As you know, that’s when he proposed to her, which will mean it has even more significance than any other belt in her accessories wardrobe.

We got a glimpse of one of the gowns Kate will be wearing on her trip, a sleeveless nude gown with a brown sash and pleated skirt.  We wonder whether she’ll be wearing it in Calgary or for the BAFTA dinner in Los Angeles.
